-Do I have to send the details of my credit card over the Internet to make a reservation? Your reservation system is secure?
We request the credit card number for the sole purpose of the reservation guarantee. All data received by Velamar Hotel is treated with the utmost security and confidentiality.

-Is it possible to cancel or change a reservation?
Yes, simply email us noting your name and surname, the number of rooms and dates of arrival and departure. Our reservation departmentwill contact you, via e-mail confirming the change or cancellation.

-Will my credit card be charged if I do not show and do not inform the hotel?
Cancellations or changes to the reservation will be accepted without charges up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, after which the total price of the reservation will be charged.

-May I book more than one room in the same reservation?
Yes, our booking engine is prepared for accepting multiple room reservations. You can also contact us directly for this.

-What is the maximum number of people in one room?
Each room may acommodate at most 3 people (2 adults + 1 adult or 2 adults + 1 children/baby).

-I have a special request for my booking (room with balcony, room view, room floor, extra bed or cot, etc). How can I address it to you?
Please indicate your preference when the booking is made and we will try to accommodate your request. In this cases it is preferrable that you contact us directly by email.

-Is the price the same wheter I make an online reservation, by phone or fax?
Yes, the price is the same using our online booking engine or if you contact us directly. However, if you have specific requests for your reservation, than we recommend you to email us.

Yes, the price is the same either for 1 or 2 people.
